He grew up traveling and being educated in Japan, Korea, Germany and Italy. He has over 28 years of experience in Culinary Arts.
Drawing from the many cultures he has experienced, he has spent countless hours fine tuning his skills and developing many of his own wonderful and exciting signature recipes.
Preparing and enjoying foods with others has always been an enourmously fulfilling part of his life.
He has given countless dinner parties and luncheons and has enjoyed cooking with and for friends in numerous countries.
My mission as a Chef is to help people eat better food and enjoy better health.
Mass produced, genetically altered and chemical laden foods have overwhelmed the American diet and it shows in our health.
Food should not only provide sustenace, but bring us joy in our life as we create great memories with friends and family.
Great food can teach us about diverse cultures and broaden our minds and senses to the gifts other countries produce.
I am a graduate of the United States Personal Chef's, Culinary Business Academy.
